i think that some things that are non-negotiable are gym, and strings and band because gym is like an elective that helps you to be healthy and teaches how to be healthy. Strings and band because the kids in that elective have wasted money in their instruments to recieve classes at school. I think it wouldn't be fair for them to to stop getting that education. Maybe life skill and computer classes could be cut and recieve them in high school but i'd like them not to be because it's fun and you do actually learn things at an early age. also because maybe there are higher courses in high school.
