Nicole! I'm so glad you were able to blog! It's not as hard as it looks is it? I'm so glad you're with us!

Now to what some of you are saying about the norms of your groups....do you really:

1. listen to each other?
2. stay on the task at hand?
3. speak one person at a time?
4. respect each others ideas?

I noticed that some of you try to talk over each other which is not very productive. Notice tomorrow what your group does when people interrupt each other.
