I think norms are really important because they help your group to be organzied. Some of my group norms are to let everyone have an equal amount of work, that we should all come prepared EVERYDAY with our book, pencils, and paper. We should always be focused and give everyone a chance to speak and make sure everyone is included. If someone wasn't doing their part in my group, which will never happen : ) we would just TELLLL THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
