The norms in my group are: 1) We dont go WAY off topic 2) We listen to one another 3) We work together and listen to each other's ideas :D :D :D

3 things we do to get along are:

1: We listen (for the most part)

2: Sometimes we let 1 person share a lot of ideas

3: We try to stay out of each other's hair
